Gambling Commission

The complainant has requested information relating to a book maker that changed its terms and conditions of a special offer. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Gambling Commission (GC) does not hold any further information other than that which has been provided to the complainant under section 1(1)(a) of the FOIA. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps.
