General Medical Council

The complainant has requested information from the General Medical Council (“the GMC”) regarding complaints made about a specific doctor. The Commissioner’s decision is that the GMC is entitled to rely on section 40(5) to reuse to confirm or deny that it holds the information. The Commissioner does not require the GMC to take any further action in this matter.
