Thorne-Moorends Town Council

The complainant has requested Thorne Moorends Town Council (the council) to disclose a copy of a housing need assessment and the minutes of a meeting dated 17 September 2021. To date the council has failed to respond to the complainant’s request in accordance with FOIA. The Commissioner has recorded a breach of section 1 and 10 of FOIA against the council and now requires the council to provide a response to both requests in accordance with FOIA.
