Thanet District Council

The complainant has requested from Thanet District Council (the Council) information in relation to a named individual. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council were entitled to rely on Section 40(5B) of the FOIA to neither confirm nor deny holding the requested information. The Commissioner does not require the public authority to take any steps as a result of this decision.
