The complainant has requested communication between former Prime Minister Rt Hon Boris Johnson MP and Lord Brownlow of Shurlock Row regarding the refurbishment of the Prime Minister’s Downing Street Residence. The Cabinet Office maintained that it did not hold the requested information. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Cabinet Office does not hold the requested information. The Commissioner does not require any steps to be taken.
