The complainant made a request for all written evidence from a particular Ofsted inspection. Ofsted refused to disclose the requested information under section 33(2) of FOIA . The Commissioner considers that Ofsted was entitled to rely upon section 33(2) of FOIA to refuse the request in this case. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken as a result of this decision.
