Cabinet Office

The complainant has made forty three requests for information to the Cabinet Office regarding military honours. The Cabinet Office refused the requests under Section 14(1) of FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that the requests were vexatious and the Cabinet Office was entitled to rely upon Section 14(1) of FOIA to refuse them. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
