IMP Bronzefield

The complainant requested information from the Independent Monitoring Board (IMB) at HMP Bronzefield relating to various aspects including minutes of meetings, Operational Capacity and minimum staffing levels. Bronzefield IMB refused the requests under section 14(1) (vexatious requests) of FOIA. The Commissioner’s decision is that Bronzefield IMB was entitled to rely on section 14(1) to refuse the requests. The Commissioner requires no steps to be taken as a result of this decision.
