Cornwall Council

The complainant has requested pre-planning advice relating to a proposed development at Cornwall airport. Cornwall Council (the Council) refused the request under regulation 12(5)(e) of the EIR – commercial confidentiality. The Commissioner’s decision is that the Council has correctly relied on regulation 12(5)(e) of the EIR to withhold the requested information. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
