The complainant has requested information relating to offences of ICO employees. The ICO refused the request under section 12 (cost of compliance exceeds appropriate limit). The Commissioner’s decision is that section 12 applies and the ICO isn’t obliged to deal with the request. The Commissioner is also satisfied that the ICO complied with its obligations under section 16 (advice and assistance). The Commissioner does not require further steps.
