Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee

The complainant has requested annual reports and meeting minutes from the Disabled Persons Transport Advisory Committee (DPTAC). DPTAC applied section 22 of the FOIA (information intended for future publication) to withhold annual reports and section 36(2)(b) of the FOIA (prejudice to effective conduct of public affairs) to withhold the meeting minutes. The Commissioner’s decision is that DPTAC was entitled to rely on section 22 and section 36 of the FOIA to withhold the requested information. The Commissioner does not require further steps.
