Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission

The Commissioner’s decision is that information regarding the individual researchers details that the complainant has requested are exempt from disclosure under section 40(2) of FOIA. This is because it is the personal information of third parties, and the public interest favours maintaining the exemption in this case. It’s not necessary for the Northern Ireland Human Rights Commission (NIHRC) to take any steps.

FOI 40(2): Complaint not upheld

Decision notice: 262308
