The Commissioner’s decision is that, on the balance of probabilities, the ICO doesn’t hold information within scope of the complainant’s request for correspondence with the National Police Chief’s Council about data sharing. The ICO has complied with section 1(1)(a) and 10(1) of FOIA and it’s not necessary for the ICO to take any corrective steps.
