Points Of Interest

Summary

The opponents requested an extension of time of three months in which to file evidence in support of their opposition. The applicants, in resisting this pointed out that the TM 9 had not been properly completed in certain respects. The Hearing Officer, however, stated that certain parts of the form are for administrative convenience only; they are not statutory requirements. In the event the Hearing Officer agreed on extension of time of two weeks.
