Summary
Preliminary decision
The claimant requested an extension of the period to file its evidence, on the grounds of the period coinciding with various holiday absences. Although the hearing officer did not find the request wholly satisfactory, he allowed an extension shorter than sought by the claimant but longer than the defendant had been willing to concede.
