Summary
The invention related to a method of preventing an infant pulling their sock of the foot by pulling a tube of material over the infant’s sock which includes a hole in which the infant’s heel is located. The hearing officer decided that the person skilled in the art would consider two prior art documents together and that in the light of these documents the invention in suit was obvious. The hearing officer therefore refused the application.
