An Act to increase the financial limit in section 18(3) of the Welsh Development Agency Act 1975.
[19th December 1991]
Be it enacted by the Queen´s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:–
In section 18(3) of the [1975 c. 70.] Welsh Development Agency Act 1975 (financial limit for Agency) for the words "£700 million" there shall be substituted the words "£950 million".
(1) This Act may be cited as the Welsh Development Agency Act 1991.
(2) Section 2(2) of the [1981 c. 6.] Industry Act 1981 and the [1988 c. 5.] Welsh Development Agency Act 1988 (which relate to the financial limit of the Agency and are now superseded) are hereby repealed.
