DEEP SEA MINING

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred upon him by section 18(2) of the Deep Sea Mining (Temporary Provisions) Act 1981, hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Order may be cited as the Deep Sea Mining (Temporary Provisions) Act 1981 (Appointed Day) Order 1982.
2. The day appointed for the purposes of the said Act is 25th January 1982.
