The Secretary of State for the Environment as respects England, the Secretary of State for Scotland as respects Scotland and the Secretary of State for Wales as respects Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 74(3) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, hereby make the following order:
1. This order may be cited as the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (Commencement No. 7) Order 1983.
2. Sections 32 and 41 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 shall come into force on 28th February 1983.

This order provides for the coming into force of those provisions of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 which have not been previously brought into force.
The relevant provisions, namely sections 32 and 41, come into force on 28th February 1983. Sections 32 and 41 relate to the duties of agriculture Ministers.
