The Social Security Act 1985 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1985

22nd July 1985

The Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 32(1) of the Social Security Act 1985, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following order:-

Citation

1. This Order may be cited as the Social Security Act 1985 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1985.

Appointed day

2. The day appointed for the coming into force of each provision of the Social Security Act 1985 which is specified in column (1) of the Schedule to this order is the day specified in relation to that provision in column (3) of that Schedule.
