POISONS

The Poisons List Order 1986

Laid before Parliament

Coming into Operation

1st April 1986

In pursuance of section 2 of the Poisons Act 1972 and on the recommendation of the Poisons Board, I hereby make the following Order:-�

1. This Order may be cited as the Poisons List Order 1986 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1986.

2. The Poisons List(1) shall be amended and varied as follows, that is to say, in Part I, after the item beginning with the word "Lead" there shall be inserted the item "Magnesium phosphide".

EXPLANATORY NOTE

This Order amends the Poisons List by adding magnesium phosphide to Part I.
