The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 23A of the Housing (Financial Provisions) (Scotland) Act 1972(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following order:
1. This order may be cited as the Housing Revenue Account Rate Fund Contribution Limits (Scotland) Order 1987 and shall come into force on 11th February 1987.
2. The amount of contribution out of its general fund which each of the local authorities listed in Column 1 of the Schedule hereto may estimate that it will carry to the credit of its housing revenue account for the year 1987-88 shall not exceed the amount set out in relation to that authority in Column 2 thereof.
