(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations revoke the National Library of Wales (Delivery of Books) Regulations 1924 and the National Library of Wales (Delivery of Books) (Amendment) Regulations 1956 which specified the classes of books not required to be delivered to the National Library of Wales under section 15 of the Copyright Act 1911.
