The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 22(1) of the Football Spectators Act 1989(1), is pleased, by and with the advice and consent of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Football Spectators (Corresponding Offences in Italy, Scotland and Sweden) (Amendment) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 14th August 1992.
2.-(1) The Orders specified in paragraph (2) below shall be amended by inserting after the words "Football League" in article 2(2)(b)(ii) of each Order the words "or the Football Association Premier League".
(2) The Orders referred to in paragraph (1) above are-
(a)the Football Spectators (Corresponding Offences in Italy) Order 1990(2);
(b)the Football Spectators (Corresponding Offences in Scotland) Order 1990(3); and
(c)the Football Spectators (Corresponding Offences in Sweden) Order 1992(4).

This Order amends the three Orders which have to date been made under section 22(1) of the Football Spectators Act 1989 in order to insert into each definition of "specified football match" a match involving a team from the new Football Association Premier League.
