(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order amends the Air Navigation Order 1989 by adding the holder of a route licence granted under section 65 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (as applied by section 69A of that Act) to the class of persons against whom unfair, discriminatory or restrictive practices may particularly cause the Secretary of State to exercise his power to revoke, suspend or vary a permit granted under articles 88 or 92 of that Order.
1982 c. 16; section 60 was amended by section 47 of the Aviation and Maritime Security Act 1990 (c. 31).
S.I.1989/2004 to which there are amendments not relevant to this Order.
Section 69A of the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (c. 16) was added by the Licensing of Air Carriers Regulations 1992 (S.I.1992/2992).
