Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 6 of the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949(1), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Colonial Ships and Aircraft) (Revocation) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 7th January 1999.
2. The Wireless Telegraphy (Colonial Ships and Aircraft) Order 1954(2) is hereby revoked.
