CRIMINAL LAW

The Mobile Telephones (Re-programming) Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2002

  Made 5th September 2002 

In exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 3(2) of the Mobile Telephones (Re-programming) Act 2002[1], the Secretary of State hereby makes the following Order:

     1. This Order may be cited as the Mobile Telephones (Re-programming) Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2002.

    
2. Sections 1 and 2 of the Mobile Telephones (Re-programming) Act 2002 shall come into force on 4th October 2002.
