EXPLANATORY NOTE

(This note is not part of the Order)

Article 2 of this Order amends the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Designated Activities) Order 2006 ("the 2006 Order") to remove the amendments made to that Order by the Private Security Industry Act 2001 (Designated Activities) (Amendment) Order 2006 ("the amending Order").
