The Justice and Security (Northern Ireland) Act 2007 (Commencement No.2) Order 2007

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 53(4) of the Justice and Security (Northern Ireland) Act 2007(1), makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Justice and Security (Northern Ireland) Act 2007 (Commencement No.2) Order 2007.

2. Section 45 of the Justice and Security (Northern Ireland) Act 2007 (Chief Inspector of Criminal Justice) shall come into force on 7th November 2007.
