Coming into force

1. The Title of this Order is the North East Wales National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2008 and it comes into force on 1 July 2008.
2. The North East Wales National Health Service Trust established by the North East Wales National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1998(3) is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.

This Order provides for the dissolution of the North East Wales National Health Service Trust on 1 July 2008.
