		ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS
		1 Amendment of Article 31 of the Constitution.
		2 Short title.
		AN ACT TO AMEND THE CONSTITUTION BY ALTERING THE AGE OF ELIGIBILITY FOR MEMBERSHIP OF SEANAD EIREANN.
		[25th October, 1928.]
		BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS OF SAORSTÁT EIREANN AS FOLLOWS:—
	Amendment of Article 31 of the Constitution.	1.—Article 31 of the Constitution shall be and is hereby amended by the deletion of the word "thirty-five" now contained therein and the insertion of the word "thirty" in lieu of the word so deleted.
	Short title.	2.—This Act may be cited as the Constitution (Amendment No. 8) Act, 1928 .
