AN ACT SO TO AMEND ARTICLE 37 OF THE CONSTITUTION AS TO TRANSFER FROM THE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CROWN TO THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL THE FUNCTION OF RECOMMENDING UNDER THAT ARTICLE THE PURPOSE OF THE APPROPRIATION OF MONEY. |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS OF SAORSTÁT EIREANN AS FOLLOWS:— |

Amendment of Article 37 of the Constitution. |
1.—Article 37 of the Constitution shall be and is hereby amended by the deletion of all words from the word "Representative" to the end of the Article, and the insertion, in lieu of the words so deleted, of the words "Executive Council signed by the President of the Executive Council." |

2.—This Act may be cited as the Constitution (Amendment No. 20) Act, 1933 . |
