ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS

1 Confirmation of Order.

2 Short title.

AN ACT TO CONFIRM THE RESTRICTIVE TRADE PRACTICES (BUILDING MATERIALS) ORDER, 1955, MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR INDUSTRY AND COMMERCE UNDER SECTION 9 of THE RESTRICTIVE TRADE PRACTICES ACT, 1953 .

[26th April, 1956.]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:—
Confirmation of Order.

1.—The Restrictive Trade Practices (Building Materials) Order, 1955 ( S.I. No. 187 of 1955 ), made by the Minister for Industry and Commerce under section 9 of the Restrictive Trade Practices Act, 1953 (No. 14 of 1953), is hereby confirmed.
Short title.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Restrictive Trade Practices (Confirmation of Order) (No. 2) Act, 1956.
