AN ACT TO INCREASE, WITH EFFECT FROM THE 1ST DAY OF AUGUST, 1959, THE PENSIONS PAYABLE UNDER SECTION 2 AND SECTION 3 of THE PENSIONS ACT, 1952 . |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— |
||
| Increase of pensions. |
1.—The annual pensions payable under section 2 and section 3 of the Pensions Act, 1952 , shall, with effect from the 1st day of August, 1959, be increased from five hundred pounds to five hundred and sixty-one pounds and sixteen shillings. |

| Short title and collective citation. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Pensions (Amendment) Act, 1960 . |
|
|
(2) The Pensions Act, 1952 , and this Act may be cited together as the Pensions Acts, 1952 and 1960. |
