BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS: |

| Repeal of section 8 of Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1956 . |
1.— Section 8 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) (Amendment) Act, 1956 , is hereby repealed. |

| Short title, Collective citation and Commencement. |
2.—(1) This Act may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1961 . |
|
|
(2) The Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Acts, 1933 to 1958, and this Act may be cited together as the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Acts, 1933 to 1961. |

(3) This Act shall come into operation on such day as the Minister for Industry and Commerce appoints by order. |
