DISTRICT COURT AREAS (VARIATION OF DAYS) ORDER, 1984.

I, MICHAEL J. NOONAN, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 26 of the Courts of Justice Act, 1953 (No. 32 of 1953), and after consultation with the President of the District Court, hereby order as follows:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the District Court Areas (Variation of Days) Order, 1984.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1984.

2. The First Schedule to the District Court (Areas) Order, 1961 ( S.I. No. 5 of 1961 ) (as amended by District Court Areas (Variation of Days) Order, 1968 ( S.I. No. 74 of 1968 )), is hereby amended by the insertion at reference number 114 in column 4 thereof after "Wednesday" of "and Fourth Tuesday".
