DUBLIN COUNTY (DISTRICT ELECTORAL DIVISIONS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1986.

The Minister for the Environment in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 89 of the Electoral Act, 1963 (No. 19 of 1963) hereby makes the following Regulations:--

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Dublin County (District Electoral Divisions) (Amendment) Regulations, 1986.

2. These Regulations and the Dublin County (District Electoral Divisions) Regulations, 1986 ( S.I. No. 13 of 1986 ) shall be construed as one.

3. Part II of the Schedule to the Dublin County (District Electoral Divisions) Regulations, 1986 is hereby amended by:--

(a) the insertion, in the second column of the entry in relation to the district electoral division of Blanchardstown-Roselawn, of "eastern boundary of the curtilage of number 131 Roselawn Road" for "western boundary of the curtilage of number 131 Roselawn Road"; and

(b) the insertion, after the entry in relation to the district electoral division of Rush, of the following mater:--

"Skerries The townlands of:--

Townparks (in the parish of Holmpatrick), together with Colt Island, Shenick's Island and St. Patrick's Island."

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

These Regulations make certain amendments in the definition of district electoral divisions effected by the Dublin County (District Electoral Divisions) Regulations, 1986.
