		DIGITAL HUB DEVELOPMENT AGENCY ACT 2003 (ESTABLISHMENT DAY) Order 2003
		To be made by the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources
		I, Dermot Ahern, Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Digital Hub Development Agency Act 2003 ( No. 23 of 2003 ), hereby order as follows: 1.         This Order may be cited as the Digital Hub Development Agency Act 2003 (Establishment Day) Order 2003. 2.         The 21st day of July 2003 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Digital Hub Development Agency Act 2003 ( No. 23 of 2003 ).

		EXPLANATORY NOTE
