PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 2000 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER 2004.

The Minister for the Environment, Heritage and Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 270 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 ( No. 30 of 2000 ) hereby orders as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development Act 2000 (Commencement) Order 2004.

2. On 28 April 2004, section 261 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 shall come into operation.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.

This Order commences section 261 of the Planning and Development Act 2000 , which relates to the Control of Quarries.
