I, MARY HARNEY, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board Act 2003 ( No. 46 of 2003 ), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Personal Injuries Assessment Board Act 2003 (Commencement) Order 2004. 2. In this Order “the Act” means the Personal Injuries Assessment Board Act 2003 (No. 46 of 2003). 3. The 13th day of April 2004 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Act come into operation, namely-- |

(a) Part 1 (other than section 3), but only in so far as that Part relates to Part 3 and the following sections of the Act, |
||||||
|
(b) sections 22, 46 and 48, |
||||||
|
(c) Part 3, and |
||||||
|
(d) sections 79 to 81 and 83 to 85. |

This Order appoints the 13th day of April 2004 as the date on which (a) Part 1 (other than section 3), but only in so far as that Part relates to Part 3 and the following sections of the Act, (b) sections 22, 46 and 48, (c) Part 3, and (d) sections 79 to 81 and 83 to 85, of the Personal Injuries Assessment Board Act 2003 (No. 46 of 2003) come into operation. |
