		FINANCE ACT 2004 (COMMENCEMENT OF SECTIONS 31 AND 42) ORDER 2004.
		I, CHARLIE McCREEVY, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 31(2) and 42(2) of the Finance Act 2004 (No. 8 of 2004), hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Finance Act 2004 (Commencement of Sections 31 and 42) Order 2004. 2. The 2nd day of February 2004 is appointed as the day on which sections 31 and 42 of the Finance Act 2004 (No. 8 of 2004) are deemed to have come into operation.
