ENTERPRISE, TRADE AND EMPLOYMENT (DELEGATION OF MINISTERIAL FUNCTIONS) ORDER 2004.

The Government, on the request of the Minister, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment and in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 2(1) of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) (No. 2) Act 1977 (No. 28 of 1977), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Enterprise, Trade and Employment (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) Order 2004.

2. The powers and duties of the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment conferred on him --

(a) by or under the enactments specified in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order, and

(b) under the instruments specified in Part 2 of the Schedule to this Order,

are delegated to Tony Killeen, Minister of State at the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
