CRIMINAL JUSTICE ACT 1994 (SECTION 47(1)) ORDER 2005.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 47(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1994 (No. 15 of 1994), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 1994 (Section 47(1)) Order 2005.

2. Each of the countries specified in the Schedule to this Order is designated for the purposes of section 47 of the Criminal Justice Act 1994 ( No. 15 of 1994 ).

Mongolia

The State Union of Serbia and Montenegro
