AGRICULTURE (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1965 - SECT 1 



1. There shall be added to the classes of licences which may be issued under
the Marketing of Poultry Act (Northern Ireland) 1949 (in sections 2, 3 and 4
referred to as "the Act of 1949") licences to be known as Class D licences,
and accordingly ... residue amends s.1 of, and sch. to, 1949 c.14 (NI).

Ss.24 amend ss.2, 4, 6 of, and sch. to, 1949 c.14 (NI). S.5(1) amends s.11 of
1957 c.27 (NI); subs.(2) rep. by SLR 1973; subs.(3) inserts s.13A in 1957 c.27
(NI). S.6 rep. by SRO (NI) 1973/23. S.7 inserts s.6A in 1958 c.13 (NI). Ss.8,
9 amend ss.12, 23 of, and sch.2 to, 1958 c.13 (NI). Ss.10, 11 insert ss.23A,
34A in 1958 c.13 (NI). S.12 rep. in pt. by SRO (NI) 1973/343, residue amends
s.35 of 1958 c.13 (NI). S.13(1) inserts s.43A in 1958 c.13 (NI); subs.(2) rep.
by SLR 1973. S.14 amends s.47 of 1958 c.13 (NI). S.15 rep. in pt. by 1975 NI
12 art.8(2) sch.2, residue amends Pt.II of sch.3 to 1958 c.13 (NI)

S.16 amends ss.1, 3 of 1939 c.35 (NI). S.17 rep. by 1968 c.21 (NI) s.9 sch.2
