MINES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1969 - SECT 132

Working, &c., of horses in parts of mine below ground.

132.(1) If any person takes any horse to or works any horse in any part of a
mine below ground, he shall be guilty of an offence.

(2) In this section "horse" includes a pony, mule, hinny or ass.
