PROTECTION OF THE PERSON AND PROPERTY ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1969 - SECT 1

1. A person shall be guilty of an offence under this section if he unlawfully
causes, by force, threats or menaces, or in any way whatsoever, any other
person

(a)to leave any place where that other person is for the time being resident
or in occupation; or

(b)to leave his employment; or

(c)to terminate the service or employment of any person; or

(d)to do or refrain from doing any act.
