Commencement
2.
- (1) The provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 specified in the Schedule to this Order, to the extent specified in the Schedule, shall come into force on the first appointed day.
(2) Sections 6 and 9(1) and (3) shall come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.
