PROTECTION OF THE PERSON AND PROPERTY ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1969 - SECT 6

Procedure for certain offences.

6.(1) Section 41 of the Magistrates' Courts Act (Northern Ireland) 1964 (right
to claim trial by jury for certain summary offences) shall not apply to

(a)an offence under section 1 or section 2; or

Para.(b) rep. by 1977 NI 4 art.13(6) sch.2
